2012 in pictures The Circle Journal

I'm trying something new this year to strengthen family bonds. It's called the circle journal. I started it by writing one journal entry. Then I put the journal under Amanda's pillow. After she wrote her journal entry the next day she put it under Mike's pillow. Mike never has much to say about anything so his journal entry was 3 pages long. When he was finished he put it under Macayla's pillow. She wrote her entry and put it back under my pillow. So far everyone has really liked finding it under their pillow. We only had one incident when Mandy and Mac were fighting. Macayla had written how she loves her family but she went back and changed it to "most of her family". Other than that it's been a pretty positive experience and something I will treasure forever.
